I started my healthcare career in 2004 as a receptionist in long-term care, working my way through different positions that inspired me to pursue nursing. In 2009, I earned my nursing degree, which gave me invaluable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the care we provide.

This background has been essential in my current role as an administrator because it gave me the confidence to lead by example, understand, and address the diverse needs of our residents and staff. Building and guiding a team to deliver the care our residents deserve is a responsibility I take seriously. I’m passionate about keeping my team motivated and focused on our goals. I frequently communicate with them, ensuring they are the first to know if our vision or strategies need to evolve.
