The Most Advanced Transitional Rehabilitation Program Available

Avantara Huron offers its residents a low patient to therapist ratio, an attentive level of personalized therapy up to seven days a week. On average, participants in our intensive rehabilitation program can return home in as little as three weeks. Care is individualized for patients requiring extended rehabilitation and often those patients can return home in only a few weeks.

Our dedicated staff allows us to provide each resident with a highly individualized therapy regimen that can help shorten recovery times and facilitate a faster return to independent living. Along with restoring strength, independence and confidence, our comprehensive and therapeutic approach is specifically designed to help our residents reduce pain, improve living skills and enjoy greater overall functionality.
