Board certified cardiology physician manages the program and consults on weekly cardiac visits
Cardiac beds and chairs available to help patients recover more quickly and to promote venous return to major organs
Cardiac monitoring available if needed
Cardiopulmonary assessment and vital signs monitoring
Case management and discharge planning services
Expert staff, including 7-days-a-week support from nurse practitioners to oversee cardiac patients and coordinate efforts with patients’ primary physician, cardiologist, and services
Initial and ongoing assessments from therapists as needed
Inotropes drip support
Medication management
Nutritional services with an on-staff registered dietitian
On-site diagnostics, including labs, EKG, and chest X-ray services
