Avantara Arrowhead offers its residents a low patient to therapist ratio, an attentive level of personalized therapy up to seven days a week. On average, participants in our intensive rehabilitation program can return home in as little as three weeks. Care is individualized for patients requiring extended rehabilitation and often those patients can return home in only a few weeks.

Home Assessment

This includes a home visit to assess accommodations, arrange for special equipment and, if needed, educate family or other caregivers who may assist upon the patient’s return home.
